We send the orders to the customers by a variety of carriers like UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.

How much does the shipping service cost?
It depends on the weight and dimensions of the package. To determine the applicable shipping rate and time for items in your cart and proceed to checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Our international shipping service is not working yet.

How can I find my Order ID?
You can see your Order ID when the purchase is complete. Also, you can find that on the order tab in your profile.

How can I track my order?
Go to Track My Order. Enter your track ID and Billing Email and track your order.

Which yoga ball size is suitable for me?

Which orders are eligible for return or exchange?
You can return or exchange any item(s) provided they are unopened and unused within 30 days after the purchase.

Do you refund the entire amount I’ve paid for the order?
We’ll refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you charged less the original shipping charges.

First of all, you should set up the goods and after that, you can exercise with the help of the CHAMPYA mobile application. We created high-calorie burn exercises that help you to get in shape as soon as possible.

How much should I pay for the CHAMPYA mobile application?
Nothing, The CHAMPYA mobile application is totally free.

Do the Champya products effective just for exercise?
No, some of the CHAMPYA products are helpful to do therapy exercises and help you to relieve pains.
